Warranty Period Query

The warranty period of the UTT product will not exceed three (3) years from the date you purchased. Maintenance-free for the first year, labor-free for the later two years. For more information, refer to Standard Warranty Policy of UTT Products.
The free warranty period of UTT Unmanaged Switch (SL1126, SG1224, and SG1224+) has been extended to three years.

You can inquire about the warranty period of your product according to the serial number:

How to find the serial number The serial number is on the bottom label of the device, after Serial, which is shown in the following figure.
For example, the serial number of the following device is: 6191174, 7420517 and 8240004.
